At IRIS, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log in to your IRIS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
